Other things I would be leery about is what the accommodations actually are and what the tours are. Booking that extra ticket and/or hotel night eats into any savings considerably. Since those are separate fares, you need to allow a lot of extra time (perhaps even overnight) in the off-chance your first flight is delayed. For example, a lot of them are only departing from certain airports, so you have to buy your own tickets to LAX or Laguardia. I've looked at those too, but the savings disappears sometimes when you look into the details.
